Nazia Syed
Supervised Senior Behaviour Therapist
Nazia Syed is an ABA professional with over 3.5 years of experience supporting children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, communication delays, and behavioural challenges. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Applied Disability Studies (ABA Specialization) from Brock University.
Nazia has extensive experience conducting assessments, developing individualized Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs, and implementing evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's unique needs. As a Senior Behaviour Therapist, she provides clinical support and mentorship to behaviour therapists through supervision, performance feedback, and treatment integrity monitoring. She is passionate about working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to help children build meaningful communication, social, emotional regulation, daily living, and independence skills while delivering compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care.
